Fix for 2 second lag of Audacity in Ubuntu

#Audacity wouldn't play the first two seconds of a recording in #Ubuntu with #PulseAudio. The fix is:

Edit: sudo vi /etc/pulse/default.pa

.ifexists module-udev-detect.so load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0 .else

Then: pulseaudio -k pulseaudio --start
