Two state representatives, David Kessler (D-Berks County) and Ron Miller (R-York County), are jointly sponsoring May as "Bike Month in Pennsylvania, as a celebration of the joys and benefits of bicycling in all of its forms to encourage people of all ages and abilities to ride bicycles for health, recreation and transportation." Representative Hornaman is signing on this legislation.
