Various locations around the County, including Media
The Bike to Work Day celebration in Media will take place at the corner of Olive and Front Streets on May 15th at 8 a.m.
Why participate in Bike to Work Week?

• To help make others aware of alternative means of commuting
• To avoid gas and parking expenses (Biking is inexpensive!)
• To minimize pollution (Biking is good for the world.)
• To have a window seat on the great outdoors
• To enjoy the free food and prizes
• To exercise and have fun – at the same time

Bike to Work Week includes a set of guided rides from different parts of the County to various employment areas. The weeklong focus on biking to work is designed to show people the best route from their neighborhood to their workplace. For lots of great information, access the Bicycle Coalition of Philadelphia’s main page. Some commuter
routes are already available.
